ESSE 2014 Conference in Kosice

The Board approved the following deadlines and registration fees for the ESSE 2014 Conference in Kosice (details are available at www.esse2014kosice.sk):

DEADLINES

For abstracts of individual papers at seminar sessions and PhD students’ sessions and posters: 28 February 2014.

Confirmation of acceptance of abstracts by seminar convenors and PhD session convenors: 31 March 2014.

Registration will begin on 1 April 2014.

Applications for fee waivers: 1 April 2014 – 15 April 2014.

Early registration: 1 April 2014 – 31 May 2014.

Late registration: 1 June 2014 – 29 August 2014.

REGISTRATION

Registration will open on 1 April 2014. The fee includes an opening dinner and the conference barbecue.

ESSE members, early registration by 31 May 2014 – € 120

ESSE members, registering on and after 1 June 2014 – € 200

Non-ESSE members, early registration by 31 May 2014 – € 160

Non-ESSE members, registering on and after 1 June 2014 – € 240

Accompanying persons – €   40

Postgraduate Students (please send a letter from the supervisor confirming status) – €   60

The Board of ESSE approved the list of 15 sub-plenary lectures, 6 round tables, 73 seminars and 2 special events proposed by the APC. They are published on the conference website and will be published in The Messenger.

PhD students are most welcome to send their proposals to professor Mackenzie, as well as to the co-convenors of the docotoral sessions relevant for their contributions as soon as possible.
